Search Engine Optimization Services Agreement
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Search Indexing, Bing Search Indexing, Google Business Profile management, Google Analytics integration, SEMRush analytics reporting, keyword research, keyword management, keyword analysis, on-page SEO idea generation, brand monitoring, backlink monitoring, content creation, ALT tagging, meta tagging, and SEO plugin manipulation among other services for one website domain and includes one physical location.
Alternative Web Solutions, LLC agrees to provide the following services for your company for the purpose of achieving satisfactory search engine rankings:
(1). Keyword research and analysis for a maximum of 10 keywords or phrases.
(2). Competitive analysis for main keywords/keyphrases.
(3). Analysis of site architecture, page navigation, and linking structure.
(4). Analysis of HTML and page design structure.
(5). Recommendations for improvement of page titles and content for all site pages.
(6). Insert keyword-centric meta titles, meta descriptions and ALT tags.
(7). Recommendations for 1 through 6, above, as well as for necessary modifications to essential page text elements and graphical elements for achieving satisfactory search engine placement.
(8). Index submission of website to major search engines and/or directories.
(9). Analysis and recommendations for external links to site (back-linking).
(10). Fix or address technical issues and problems which negatively impact search engine rankings.
(11). Perform technical updates to website files, themes, plugins, and associative software or applications necessary to maintain and operate website at levels satisfactory to search engine placement.
Additionally, search engine optimization services include email and phone consultations, client education and tutoring, and research, preparation and transmission of materials, documentation and information for implementation by you or Alternative Web Solutions LLC.
All items delineated in items 1 through 11, as listed above, are included, and are based upon the site as-is at the time services are begun. Modifications independently made to pages by you which can negatively affect or alter optimization of, and rankings for, the site pages, without timely notification to Alternative Web Solutions LLC, may result in duplication of work by Alternative Web Solutions LLC. Such altered pages will, therefore, no longer be considered part of the original agreement, and may be considered damaging and/or counter-productive to original intent of SEO services rendered.
Search Engine Optimization Costs and Fees
Search Engine Optimization is billed $1199.00 for the first 30 days, then $399.00 per month thereafter. Monthly billing is automatically charged to credit card or debit card on file. First month's payment includes purchase of one (1) Yext Powerlistings® license. Yext Powerlistings® is a search engine business listing service provided by third-party data processing company, Yext Inc. Alternative Web Solutions LLC is not liable for failure or dissolution of services provided by Yext Inc. All payments and billed fees are non-refundable. Alternative Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to terminate search engine optimization services without notice for non-payment or failure to comply with fee structure.
Additional physical locations incur a fee $50 per location per month.
Terms of Search Engine Optimization Services
Services are subscription based and is non-binding beyond 30 days from date of initial acceptance, and subsequent renewal dates. Automatic monthly renewal of agreement terms for Search Engine Optimization services is non-terminating without notice. Alternative Web Solutions LLC reserves the right to change or alter services described here including costs and fee structure with at least 90 days written notice given to subscriber.
Subscriber may cancel service, and prevent future payment, by providing at least 30 days written notice to Alternative Web Solutions, LLC. Failure to provide at least 30 days written notice of service termination will result in additional recurring monthly charges.
To cancel Search Engine Optimization monthly services, please notify Alternative Web Solutions, LLC, located at 1 Center Sq., Suite 11, Hanover, PA 17331, in writing, via email (at info@altwebsolutions.com), in-person, or by postal mail (postage date verified), at least 30 days in advance. Subscribers may change or cancel service anytime without written notice by logging in to your Alternative Web Solutions Client Portal account here.
Alternative Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to change or terminate Search Engine Optimization services and fees at any time.
